Media Hub service allows to build a funnel for selecting opinion leaders and media specialists and unify the chain of interaction between bloggers, opinion leaders, media specialists, and authorities. Constructive interaction, expertose exchange and community building are realized through the gas pedal's functionality, a database of expertise and projects in the media sphere. The acceleration system allows to form a pool of accomplished media experts, who can be activated when needed. The parsing system allows to retain and track people who have proven themselves to be good experts on a regional or federal level. The project is presented in the forms of web platform and mobile application.
